Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and product availability.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timeframes may vary and delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or peak demand periods.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Casvello is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details submitted by the customer.
